Booking Regulation:
- Right of admission reserved with KSHITIJ.
- Admission will be given on first come first serve basis.
- The Participants along with the application form will pay booking / advance amount. If booking amount is not paid within three days of filling application form, then the registration shall be deemed to be cancelled.
- Balance payments (if any) shall be paid at least 30 days before the program date. If the balance payment is not made within stipulated time, then the registration shall have deemed to be cancelled; and advance amount paid will be forfeited.
Outdoor Programs Regulations:
- All participants are expected to follow the safety instructions and guidelines shared by the Kshitij team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Kshitij reserves the right to accept or decline participation in order to maintain safety and group well-being.
- Participants are requested to maintain discipline, decency, and decorum during the program. A cooperative and cheerful environment helps create a positive experience for everyone.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend avoiding valuable items during outdoor activities.
- Kshitij takes every reasonable precaution for safety. However, certain situations may arise beyond our control, and the organizers cannot be held responsible for such unforeseen incidents.
- In case of any dispute, the Chief Organizer’s decision will be considered final. All legal matters, if they arise, will fall under Mumbai jurisdiction.
- Refunds will be processed as per Kshitij’s cancellation policy. Claims outside this policy cannot be accommodated.
- The organisers reserve the right to withdraw a participant from the program if there is misconduct or behaviour that affects safety or the group experience. The Director’s decision will be final in such matters.
- Any incidental or additional expenses during the program (such as personal purchases, medical needs, etc.) will be borne by the participant.
- The use or possession of alcohol, tobacco products, cigarettes, or any narcotic substances is strictly prohibited on all Kshitij programs including camps, treks, safaris, and adventure activities.
- In the unlikely event of injury, illness, accident, or loss of belongings, Kshitij and its team will assist, but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
- Adventure activities such as trekking, rappelling, rock climbing, camping, river crossing, rafting, and similar activities involve inherent risks. Kshitij works to minimise these risks and ensures professional supervision. Parents are encouraged to ask questions and understand the nature of these activities before giving consent.
- For programs involving train travel, seat allocation depends on the computerized Railway Reservation System. While efforts are made, Kshitij cannot guarantee seats together or within the same compartment.
- Before the program begins, each participant must complete the online medical form and submit a signed indemnity bond. For minors, the indemnity form must be signed by a parent or guardian.

- 30 Days Before - 10% Cancellation of the Program Charges
- 15 Days Before - 20% Cancellation of the Program Charges
- 10 Days Before - 50% Cancellation of the Program Charges
- Less than 10 Days - 100% Cancellation of the Program Charges

- 61 Days Before - 00% Cancellation of the Program Charges
- 30 Days Before - 05% Cancellation of the Program Charges
- 15 Days Before - 10% Cancellation of the Program Charges
- 10 Days Before - 25% Cancellation of the Program Charges
- 03 Days Before - 50% Cancellation of the Program Charges
- Less than 3 Days - 100% Cancellation of the Program Charges
P.S.: In addition to above cancellation charges train and flight cancellation charges will be charged seperatly
Safety Issue
- If participants are found to be endangering the safety of themselves, others or the environment, Kshitij may send them back their and then. Refunds will not be given in such situation.
- If ongoing program have to cancel due to force majeure / reasons beyond control of Kshitij,no refund shall be given.
