Located on the Western Ghats range at an elevation of around 2,625 feet above sea level, Matheran, means "forest on the forehead" (of the mountains) is an eco-sensitive region, declared by the Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of India. It is one of the few places where motorized vehicles are not permitted, hence giving a very different and an inviting feel to the place! The kids will walk and swim and horse ride and explore the forests at night!

Camp Purpose :
This 2 night 3 day program is designed for the first real exposure to experience the outdoors a little away from Mumbai ! The whole idea is for the kids to unlearn, and re-learn plenty of habits formed in daily life and get accustomed to changed environments with a smile ! This is the time they will learn to help others and also take care of their own selves!

Know The Activities

  1. Small group size enabling personal bonding and vigilance
  2. Practice of Experiential Methodology, thus creating a SAFE Environment for the child to participate and express freely
  3. NO COMPETITION throughout the camp, ensuring the kids feel welcome, and do not feel pressurized emotionally or socially
  4. Kids are actively involved in the decision making and day planning during the camp stays, thus enabling the kids to take charge of their program, and helping them cope with the consequences of their choice
  5. Completely fun and exploration based camps, whilst giving the kids enough time to bond with fellow participants and enjoy FREE PLAY!

Day 1

The most exciting day for all the participants is departing from Borivali National Park at 06:30 am for Matheran.One the way pick up will be provided from Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Vile Parle, Santacruze, Sion, Amar Mahal (Chembur) & Vashi.

Room Allotment: After reaching the hill station, everyone will be allotted their respective rooms.

Team Division: Next the participants will be divided equally into teams which will depend on the total number of children. This division will surely help your toddler grow up and lead a team. Also, team division gives an overall experience to your child about how to work and adjust yourself in a team.

Various activities will be conducted right from the first day of the camp. These activities are divided in three days as follows:

Cooperative Games

Hours session of structured play which will be inclusive, non competitive, very high in energy and absolute fun to engage in.

Treasure Hunt

Why not help your child “turn a daily chore in to a treasure hunt”? As the word specks, treasure hunt is a cheerful activity which makes a child churn his brain to interpret clues and reach the goal. Treasure hunt also helps your child to develop a team building spirit.

Horse Riding

It is said that if you visit Matheran, you should surely have a ride on the horseback. Horse riding is a fun filled thrilling experience on the streets of Matheran where no vehicles are allowed to enter. Hence, your child can easily ride on the horse back galloping your way to the table top!

Nature Trail

Blending with Nature on a quiet trail in the beautiful greens of deciduous forests and nature’s bounty comprising many varied species of insects and birds!

Day 2


A refreshing pool just waiting for you outside the hotel premises. A great dive along with a complete breakfast is a perfect start to a brand new day.

Adventure Activities

Ropes and ladder, harnesses and knots, lots of adrenaline and competitive spirit a perfect way to charge up the kids for tasks of various difficulties. Adventure activities will include rappelling, river crossing, night trekking, tree climbing and much more.

Sightseeing Seeing

A relaxed time for admiring the beauty of Matheran after a heavy morning and a peaceful dinner before retiring to bed.

Day 3


A Natures call again… a frenzy to master the art of exploring on foot!

Traditional Games

Back to basics with traditional Indian games and lots of fun by lake!
Here, the camp ends with all the happy faces ready to board and reach Mumbai to share their thrilling experiences with their parents and loved ones.

Finally at the end of the day, depart from campsite at 2 pm. Arrival at Borivali at 6 pm. On the way drops at Vashi, Amar Mahal (Chembur), Sion, Santacruze, Vile Parle, Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali & Borivali
